Role Overview:

We are hiring experienced L1 NOC Application Engineers to join our IT operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves monitoring enterprise applications, responding to incidents, and ensuring system stability using tools like Dynatrace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuous application monitoring with Dynatrace.
• Immediate response to alerts and incident resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 engineers.
• Perform initial troubleshooting for connectivity, hardware, and application issues.
• Maintain documentation of incidents and troubleshooting steps.
• Conduct routine system maintenance, patch updates, and health checks.
• Generate performance reports and incident analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in 24/7 shift rotations and on-call support.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in application and database monitoring.
• Proficiency in Dynatrace and ITSM tools (ServiceNow).
• Dynatrace Associate Certification.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
